Orders are shipped two working days following the day you place your order.
We deliver the order to service point closest to your address.

- RETURNS POLICY:
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.

All products must be returned in unused condition.
If we have sent the wrong product to you, we will pay the cost to return it to SweDoft.
it is not possible to return products purchased online to any of our partnered retail shops such as an airport or department store,, and should be returned directly to us.
