📦 Shipping Policy

At SweDoft, we strive to ensure fast, secure, and reliable deliveries — both within Sweden and internationally.


1. Shipping Within Sweden

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

  • Home delivery: 2-5 working days

  • Larger parcels: Delivered to your nearest postal service point in 2-5 working days

Parcels remain at the service point for 7 days. If a paid order is not collected, we store it for up to 3 months.

Uncollected Parcels

Unclaimed parcels are returned to SweDoft after 14 days.
A fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling.


2. International Shipping

Shipping Costs

  • Current Shipping cost are calculated at cart och checkout page

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

Estimated delivery:

  • EU & United Kingdom: 5–7 working days

  • Outside EU: 7–10 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs handling or local courier processes.

International Shipping Zones

We ship within the EU, the UK, and to:
Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Morocco, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia.


3. Order & Delivery Confirmations

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is completed.

  • A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • A packing slip is included in your delivery and serves as your receipt.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please verify your email address and contact Customer Service.


4. Force Majeure

Events beyond SweDoft’s control — including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government decisions, supplier delays, or comparable circumstances — are considered force majeure. During such events, SweDoft is released from its obligations.
