Return parcels must be requested through Customer Service: info@swedoft.se
Refunds are issued within 14 days, provided the perfumes have not been opened.
3. International Returns

Products purchased online cannot be returned to retail partners, airports, or department stores.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items (Claims)
If a product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, SweDoft will replace it free of charge.
